the room and the staff who cleaned the room were great. The room was done every day :) the only thing i didnt like was the hot mineral pool. I was there 4 days and on the first day I went to look there were two dirty cigarette butts on the floor and I saw algae on the floor of the mineral pool. On my last day, the cigarette butts were still there which was not a good look. I never used the pool at all but I would have done so if it had looked clean

Good location, soft carpet in the bedrooms was nice. They had a basic kitchen, not well equipped, no oil / salt / pepper / kitchen roll.

The room is sort of dirty. We found a dead cockroach, and my husband got bitten by an ant which disturbed his sleep a lot. The toilet is super old. But the room is very spacious and the bed is very big.

Small room, helpful friendly staff. Parking was tight. The rooms were tidy. There is no AC so when we were there it was rather warm.

总体还可以，就是一进屋有一股味道，开会窗户会好些，泳池建议改造一下，看起来非常脏但其实并不脏很容易令客人失望。

The room felt outdated and had crums in the couches. The photos seemed like they where from when it first opened so wear and tear didnt show until you arrived there. The lawns where only mowed by the trampoline and BBQ but left over grown (knee height) by the swings and in all the garden beds weeds where growing & on your way to the pool grass was really overgrown which made you question if your going the right way. The Pool room itself was ok, but pool maintenance could be better. Green goo on the sides and floor (say geothermic pool but will have to question that cause it didnt feel or smell like one). Staff where lovely though & beds were comfy.

The room was in good condition and staff were very helpful. Only suggestion is that there should be a grab rail in the shower as the metal floor can get slippery and maybe not safe especially for older people.

トータル２泊の滞在でしたが、とても快适に过ごせました。今回はタウランガ病院に用事があり、特に部屋の目の前に驻车が出来て施设内を歩く必要もなく安全で良かったです。また、夫妇２人での滞在でもワザワザベッドが２つある部屋にしましたが、静かで清洁なクイーンサイズのベッドでも下のマットは别々なので寝返りで起こされる事もないだろうし、２人でも寝心地が最高だと思います。ベッドの头にコンセントもあるので（念の为にと延长コードも持って行ったのでさらに快适に使え）CPAPマスクもスマホも充电しながら寝られて良かったです。次に机会があってもまた利用します。
